MYB77 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MYB77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MYB77 online gaming platform accessible at https://myb77.cam and any associated services, features, or content therein.

MYB77 is an internationally operated online gaming platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting, esports wagering, and related entertainment services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager on MYB77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on MYB77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be a human individual registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Registrations by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or enforced cooling-off period, or any account restriction either on MYB77 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of MYB77 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation in online gambling under applicable local laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent time MYB77 requests updated information from you.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on MYB77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the MYB77 Platform by providing, at minimum, a unique username, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. MYB77 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify MYB77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.

MYB77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has disclosed their credentials to a third party.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

MYB77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

MYB77 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, as well as cryptocurrency transfers in BTC and USDT. Supported payment methods are subject to change at MYB77's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current minimum and maximum deposit limits.
• MYB77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for e-wallet transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own verified name. MYB77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes.
• MYB77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

MYB77 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out herein and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, collusion, or systematic abuse is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• MYB77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players must opt in to promotions where opt-in is required before making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple varies by promotion and is clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms. As a general reference, MYB77's welcome bonus products carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x, depending on the specific offer selected.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods specified in each promotion's terms. Unexpired bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically removed from the Player's Account balance without compensation.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and esports wagering activities conducted on MYB77 are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific product or event.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. MYB77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except in the specific circumstances outlined in the relevant product rules (e.g., event cancellation, void bet criteria).
• MYB77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games. RNG systems are tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by MYB77 and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• MYB77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined, or where credible evidence of match manipulation exists.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time during a live event at MYB77's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MYB77 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. MYB77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following, and to void any associated winnings or balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Account process.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human players.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, pricing errors, or loopholes in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward MYB77 staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any element of the MYB77 Platform without express written consent.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, user interface elements, and proprietary technologies accessible through the MYB77 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of MYB77 or its licensed third-party partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without MYB77's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYB77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

MYB77 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond MYB77's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions for which MYB77 shall bear no liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit MYB77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

MYB77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our Players seriously.

• All Players must be aged 21 or above. MYB77 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time through the Account Settings section.
• Self-exclusion options — ranging from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent self-exclusion — are available to all Players and will be honoured without exception.

12.1 Suspension by MYB77

MYB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable notification procedures.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent legal authority.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting MYB77 Customer Support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks. Bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility will be removed at closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which MYB77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with MYB77 Customer Support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players located in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to complex and evolving local legislation.
